We take care to accurately describe our crystals and other products, including size, properties, and appearance. However, as crystals are natural items, please allow for slight variations in color, shape, and size.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept payment via [list accepted methods – e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, Klarna, etc.]. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information or delayed due to postal service disruptions beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Custom and one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. After this window, cancellations are not be possible.
